Beach Pit Catering Service Options
DELIVERY
This service includes plates, utensils, napkins and wet-naps. All food is
delivered and dropped off in disposable aluminum containers, hot and ready to be served. Delivery is free of charge within a 10 mile radius; there will be a $25 delivery charge for every 10 miles thereafter.
***Set-up service and rental of catering equipment are available at an additional cost.
FULL-SERVICE
In addition to delivery, this service includes Beach Pit staff member(s)* for set-up, serving and clean up of hot buffet line, along with necessary catering equipment. Full-service staff will be on site for 4 hours;
additional hour(s) will be $125/hour.
*Parties of 80 persons or less—1 Beach Pit staff member
*Parties of 81 persons or more—2 Beach Pit staff members
**SET-UP SERVICE [assistance with buffet line table set-up] ... $40.00
**CAMBRO RENTAL [unit that aids in keeping food warm] ... $40.00
**EQUIPMENT RENTAL [chafing dish, stand, lid, and sterno fuels] ... $40.00
IT IS THE RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN ANY AND ALL EQUIPMENT TO THE BEACH PIT BBQ ON THE BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING THEIR EVENT.
